We can schedule sessions on a one-off or regular basis to fit your needs. As a comprehensively Diploma trained Pilates teacher I will guide you through your practice, ensuring proper alignment and form, so you can stay on track with your goals. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn new exercises and expand your repertoire! This service is ideal for both Beginner and Intermediate practitioners. We offer this service within a ~10km radius of Gosford, including areas like Ourimbah, Terrigal, Avoca, and Ettalong Beach.
