Service Description

This class teaches the the Pilates method, helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. The exercises are low impact and centre around control and precision. This class is suitable for all levels, with exercises modified to suit each individual. In this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform, while building mobility, stability and strength. Please bring: * Socks - for hygiene reasons (grippy ones are great, but no need to buy anything special) * Water - due to COVID we request you please bring your own water * Mat - I will have a few that can be used if you don't have your own
