Service Description

This Pilates matwork class is suitable for all ages and abilities, with exercises modified to suit each individual. In this class, you will build strength, flexibility, balance and maintain your joints. Exercises will be performed on the floor on mats, sometimes with bands, foam rollers, Pilates rings and balls. Please bring: * Socks - for hygiene reasons (grippy ones are great, but no need to buy anything special) * Mat - I will have a few that can be borrowed if you don't have your own mat I recommend clothes that are comfortable without belts, buckles or buttons
