Life Fit Pilates is dedicated to helping its clients maintain their bodies for an active life. Body maintenance through regular movement for a healthy body that withstands the demands of everyday work, life and play, has strong muscles, good range of joint movement and increased flexibility, balance, and good posture. And that is just on the outside! Pilates also offers many benefits for our insides, such as the respiratory and digestive system and stress relief through mindfulness while you practice.

Helena is a PITC Diploma trained Instructor, a PAA Professional Level 1 Instructor Member, fully insured, first aid trained (HLTAID003 Provide First Aid) and has a current Working with Children Check.
